"AI services" can mean almost anything, which is another way of saying it can mean nothing. Here's what it means at Sooru.

Buying a tool vs. partnering on AI

A tool is something you license and adopt on your own. A partner is someone who works alongside your team to figure out where AI actually helps, builds it into how you work, and stays accountable for whether it moves a number. For Architecture, Engineering and Construction firms, the second is usually what's missing.

What an engagement looks like

A typical Sooru engagement runs in four steps:

  • Discovery. We learn how your work really happens — not the org-chart version, the real one — and find where AI can take out cost, time, or rework.
  • A narrow build. We ship something small and real, fast, instead of a grand platform you wait a year for.
  • Integration. We fit it into your existing tools and steps, so adoption isn't a second job.
  • Measurement. We hold the result against what you did before, and keep what earns its place.

We build, not just advise

We also build our own products — SpaceSync is the first — which means we're not advising from the sidelines. We ship software for the built world ourselves, and that discipline shows up in the work we do with clients.

What we don't do

We don't do AI for AI's sake. If the honest answer is that a problem doesn't need a model, we'll say so. The point was never to use AI — it was to change the outcome.
